What are the exact dimensions?
43 cm wide, 32 cm high and 22 cm deep (16.9 × 12.6 × 8.7 in). Plenty of room for a weekend's worth of clothes, while staying compact enough for everyday use.
Can I carry it on my shoulder?
Yes. Carry it by hand with the two top handles, or wear it crossbody. The shoulder strap is removable, adjustable and comes with a shoulder pad for extra comfort.
Does it come with the padlock?
Yes. The bag comes with its padlock and key, stored in the synthetic leather key bell attached to the handle. Handy for locking the zipper when you travel.
How do I take care of it?
Use a soft dry brush to remove dust. For small stains, use a damp cloth with a little mild soap. Avoid machine washing to preserve the jacquard fabric and metal details.
When will I receive it?
The bag is in stock: your order ships within 24 hours. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your bag to send it back for a full refund. Just contact our customer service team.
Is the leather real or synthetic?
Synthetic (PU leather, 10% of the composition). We chose this material for better durability over time, easier maintenance, and as part of our commitment to avoiding animal leather.
